WWE DVD's

So I haven't had a steady internet connection for the past month and have been missing Raw and Smackdown Horrible I know as it seems so f'n good. I haven't even seen Miz/Truth together yet. I'll catch up soon. But in it's place I have been buying WWE dvd's and really really enjoying them...

I wanted to make a thread to talk about which DVD's are worth buying and which one's you'd skip over. So far so good for me here are some short reviews...

Dusty Rhodes DVD: One of the best I've seen. Four stars, excellent doc and fantastic matches from WAY WAY back, loved seeing this stuff. Get this DVD if you can.

Flair and The Horsemen: Another excellent DVD with a fantastic doc and really great matches, must see.

Best of Raw: Not my favorite but it was pretty good.

Best of Nitro: Better than the Raw dvd with much better interviews and matches.

Rise and Fall of WCW: Excellent, if you haven't seen it, see it.

Rise and Fall of ECW: Probably my favorite one so far.

Randy Orton To Catch a Predator: Wow, really shocked by the doc on this and the there are tons of great matches. In 5 years he will be seen as one of the greatest of all time no doubt. The doc is really fucking revealing and has some great insight to the man we all used to hate.

Top 50 Superstars of all time: Really enjoyed this DVD Todd Grisham aside, great matches that most of us haven't seen unless you lived in NYC in the 70's or 80's. Get it, it's fun.

Randy Savage: Good DVD could have used more Doc for sure, the matches do get repetitive but they are all entertaining and Mach really was one of the all time greats.

.................................................................................................

So that's what I've seen so far, I'm gonna go to Wrestling Universe in Queens and buy the Eddie Guerrero and Benoit DVD's, as well as WCCW and they are gonna order the best of Starcade for me.

Any other DVD's you guy suggest that are must see?

Post your reviews here.

I'd love to buy certain years of the product that contain every Heat, Jakked, Metal, RAW, and SmackDown for said year. I'd definitely get 2000 if that were the case.

the randy orton dvd immediately jumped to my favorite list. best documentary i think theyve done. its different then the others..it doesnt go from birth to current day. it jumps all over the place which works out very well in this example

I don't have it, but I've heard VERY good things about Timeline: The History of WWE 1997. Essentially it's a shoot where Cornette goes over everything that happened at the time behind the scenes.

Honestly, I want A LOT from Kayfabe Commentaries. So much looks good. That would be a good place to go for non-WWE shoots.

been working my way through that Cornette Timeline 1997 gimmick over the last few nights. It's alright I guess, nothing special. Been pretty bored with Cornette for a while now. Hoping the latter part will be better as they head full steam into the Attitude era/Bret Shawn kicking off etc.
