Need Help Identifyin this Song
This particular radio show uses this song every day and I have heard it elsewhere but I can't figure out what it is. There is an announcer talking over it, but I'm hoping someone may recognize the music still.

Pretty impossible to actually hear any music there. Mind you I only listened to a few clips during the beginning.
