The War to Settle the Score
Okay, so who else remembers this? This show, the highest rated hour of wrestling in cable television history, receiving a 9.1 rating, chronicles the antics, interviews, and actions that led to the first ever WrestleMania and featured not only Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper, but Cyndi Lauper, Mr. T, Captain Lou Albano, "Mean" Gene Okerlund and many more. It was great!

Dam.. 9.1? Sadly, I wasn't a fan until about 87 , so I didn't see this.

I don't think I was even born by then, so sadly, I didn't see it. Still, if it got that big of a rating, they had to have been doing something right.

Now I have a question about the ratings. Does the 9.1 equal a number of people watching the show or a percentage of the people watching tv who are watching that show? If it's a percentage you have to realize that back then, there wasn't a whole lot of tv shows like there is now. There was a time when I couldn't really turn the channel past like channel 30 now I have hundreds of channels.
