HA HA HA More Hardy Drama
The following is from TMZ.com:

Former wrestling champ Matt Hardy was kicked out of court-ordered rehab today for failing a breathalyzer test … this according to multiple sources.

Earlier this year, Hardy was ordered to go to rehab by the court after a string of run-ins with the law.

We’re told the staff at the rehab got suspicious of Hardy’s behavior on Friday and gave him a breathalyzer test on the spot … which he failed. According to our sources, Hardy was adamant he wasn’t drinking … and said he only failed because he had “just used mouthwash.”

The staff wasn’t convinced and gave Hardy the old heave-ho from the facility.

Back in September, the Moore County DA said if Hardy didn’t comply with the treatment, he would be put in jail on a million dollar bond. We’re told Hardy still had about a month to go before he was through.

We reached out to Hardy … so far no word back.



UPDATE

Matt Hardy was arrested as soon as he got off a plane last night in Moore County, NC. He was booked at 1:30AM ET for violation of a court order. You can click here to view his new mugshot from this morning.

As noted earlier here on the website, Matt Hardy was kicked out of rehab on Friday after he failed a breathalyzer test. Multiple sources are reporting that staff at the center where Hardy was at got suspicious of his behavior and gave him an impromptu breathalyzer test that he failed. Hardy said he wasn’t drinking and that he failed because he’d “just used mouthwash.” The staff didn’t believe him and kicked him out.

Matt faces imprisonment on a million dollar bond for not complying with the treatment.

Umm. Mouthwash? That's a gay excuse.

They won't let you keep anything that has alcohol in it, including mouthwash, deo, cologne. If anything, they'll keep it and let you use it under surveillance when you ask.

I know everyone here thinks Matt is the anti-christ, but this is just flat out sad. This guy really needs to get his shit together.

I feel the same way when people call Scott Hall and Jake Roberts "the man" even tho their lives are in complete shambles and even sadder than what's going on with Matt Hardy.

Matt is the bigger screw-up, simply because he doesn't have a job. You might argue that Jeff is the more talented, had more potential and more to lose - but looking over his career he's had more success than Matt could ever dream of.

Matt is pretty much useless.

This is to the point now where its find top feel bad for him. He's really dropped off the map. Remember when he was trying to get fired from WWE? I feel like that was the start of all of this, his drug issues probably got really bad there and have spiraled down further than anyone thought. Who would have imagined 5 years ago you'd be able to mention Jake The Snake, Scott Hall and Matt Hardy in the same sentence and everyone know why.

I agree, really. Rehab didn't work. Honestly, I believe he went into rehab ONLY to avoid jail, and this little stunt proves that. I don't think he wants help, he just wants it when it's convenient to him.

Prison is the best thing for him at this point.

Also, to those saying we "turned our backs on him", fuck that. The guy worked the internet, from claiming he wasn't "sent home" from a European tour (he was) to posting a fake suicide note. He's the one who's turned his back on the fans. He flat-out lies to the people, his fans, who have a very high love and respect for him.

Is he fucked in the head? Clearly. But he just keeps digging himself deeper and deeper with no real attempt to get himself help and was/is just dragging those around him down. He's a mess, and the absolute best thing for him would be to drop off the face of the earth for a few years to get his head on straight. But he won't. He'll serve his prison sentence and continue down this road until he kills himself or drug/alcohol use kills him.
