In regards to the overrated comments, Sabu has had some great matches but I don't think anybody has ever claimed he's a great wrestler. And character wise he's always been pretty spot on/over/easy to get behind. But it's still Billy. He had everything but "it", great look, size, competent enough in-ring, friends in the right places, support of the office etc. With Road Dogg's magnetism/charisma/comfort with a mic, he'd have been a multi-millionaire.
