WWE Champions to never hold the Intercontinental Championship
For a while, the IC Championship was sort of a "stepping-stone" for some superstars before making it to the main-event scene. There are a few wrestlers, however, who skipped this and went right to the top. List any that you can think of! (After the IC championship was created...Bruno Sammartino doesn't count)

Here are a few examples:
Hulk Hogan
The Undertaker
Brock Lesnar

John Cena
Batista
Yokozuna
Sgt Slaughter
Sid Justice
Mick Foley

There were some who won the IC title for the first time years after their first WWF World Title: Kane, Big Show, JBL and Ric Flair.

more WWE Champions who never won IC Title: Bob Backlund, Sid Vicious, Mick Foley, Sheamus, and The Miz.

some World Heavyweight Champions who never won IC Title (not prev. mentioned): Jack Swagger, The Great Khali, Mark Henry (surprising he never got the IC belt), and Daniel Bryan.

I do believe that covers everyone.

Maybe I shoulda' done both mid-card titles instead of just IC title and WWE and WHC...meh.
