Yeah, not without fiddling around with it, since as far as I know, DVD drives are regioned just the same as players.

I'm not sure about the laptop. You cna go into the region settings and see if it's compatible. I have a Dawoo DVD player and it plays all regions without resetting. Both PALS and NTSC.
I picked up another tiny DVD player at Sam's that was multiregional for around 39 bucks. I gave it this elderly English lady so she could watch this German Singer's videos she keeps ordering. Ok I didn't really answer your question except to say look in the settings menu and see. Sorry. |
