there's a Dynamite Kid/Johnny Smith promo from All Japan in the early 90's which is both the worst and potential greatest promo ever. Can never find it to post when these things come up tho

That McGillicuty promo was terrible lol Although any promos done during the Divas NXT season have to be in the running as well. Honorable mention to Titus ONeil Make it a Win promo during his season of NXT
