Star Wars Book Recommendations

I recently for some reason have been wanting to read some Star Wars books. My only problem is that I have no idea where to begin.

I was wondering if you could recommend a few books or series. I dont really care where in the timeline it is as long as its a good book that will keep me interested.

Someone already mentioned to me the "Fate of the Jedi" series and I ordered book 1 yesterday.

I just need some more ideas.
