Who would you love to be a part of Raw 1000, but most likely won't be?

I would love for Scott Hall to make one more appearance as Razor Ramon. Would never happen as among his issues, He doesnt have the same physique.

Also the return of blue blood Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

And the return of Kurrgan to put Ryback in the paralyser.
