I voted for Billy and Chuck, but I really liked BookDust for the comedy. Could have went either way. I was a big fan of the ambiguously gay duo until they actually decided to have a wedding and ruin the gimmick.

This is a tough one. Billy and Chuck had the whole butt buddies gimmick. Goldust was a fag when he first came to the WWF. Booker T never had a nasty gimmick like that so I guess by default Booker T wins it. But that seems to go against everything I stand for!
