ign'ant x division question
I've been watching the clips of impact on their site (since thats the only way i can currently watch any wrestling), and I learned that RVD is the X Division champ.
Last I knew TNA had the up to 220 lb rule on that belt, and rvd is over 220. Did they drop that rule? (yes I went the ebonics route on the subject line) |

Actually, the maximum limit was 225 lbs, but I think they abandoned that rule after Eric Bischoff left.

ah. That makes sense. tg too. Thought that was a dumb rule, and a cheap way to make it a hybrid cruiserweight/hardcore ish belt

I thought so myself. I always thought X-Division means no limits.

I thought X division meant that the rasslers in it had to have Klinefelter syndrome

Yeah, as far as I knew the X-Division meant "no limits". I mean, Samoa Joe held the belt, and as Scott Steiner would say, "HE'S FAT!"

I believe when Abyss won the x division title i heard them saying the x division wasn't about weight limits but no limits.
