Do you think TUGBOAT is under-appreciated in pro-wrestling history
Discuss if Fred Ottoman is getting the respect he deserves.

His best work was as Typhoon, playing second fiddle to John "Earthquake" Tenta. The fact that the Shockmaster legend still lives is more than enough notoriety for the man.
I know this is a joke thread, but it's so not funny that I had to respond seriously. Also, Alex Wright was actually kinda good. |

Tugboat was a forgettable character. Typhoon and, sadly, "shockmaster" will cement his legacy.
On an alex wright note, I liked his berlyn character better, even though it didnt go anywhere. The Alex character was too much like disco inferno for me. |

I believe Tugboat is appreciated appropriately. If he had wanted more notoriety, then he would have pitched more storylines to the bookers instead of playing it safe to earn his paycheck.

You lose all credibility when you wear a painted Stormtrooper mask and fall on the set of Flair for the Gold and are voiced by Ole Anderson.
Alex Wright might have came first, but Disco Inferno beat him for the TV title. So, Disco wins. CHARTBUSTER! |

Tugboat was Hulk Hogan's best friend. I the Hulkster appreciated him then that should be good enough for anyone.
