On the homepage of WWE.com it has a poll saying "who do you think would win in a battle of champions" Eddie Guerrero or Chris Benoit

You think the WWE is thinking of maybe a "Battle of the Champions" match?

I Hope so but I don't see it anytime soon. Eddie would win in theory to raise Smacdown a bit closer to Raw

the two wrestled for the US Title at No Mercy I belive.

I don't see anything like a battle of the champions happening anytime soon but the match would be great. I remember the U.S title match and it was ****ing ace

I don't think it will be happeneing, like has been said it is probably just a way to see who's more over with the crowd.
