I'd love a Dexter game based on Last of Us/LA Noire
Just think of how AWESOME a Dexter game using a hybrid of The Last of Us/LA Noire? It would be really interesting and interactive. Taking pictures of a crime scene, looking for clues on your own, doing some research, stalking your target... sneaking behind them, driving away with them... ect

If they made Manhunt, I hope this comes to life one day.
