CM Punk in 2001 WWE?

CM Punk would've been 22 years old by that time, and ever since watching that little promo he did with Stone Cold for the WWE game, I kept asking myself:

Where would CM Punk's career be if in fact he was signed to the WWE in 1999 to the development territory, and made his debut in the main roster in 2001? And how long would he have survived in the WWE back than?
