Favorite video game cheat codes?
So in Merc's thread about re-acquiring a Nintendo Wii U, I mentioned Gradius as in the home console versions, which may hzve been the first to utilize cheat codes at all, let alone perhaps the most famous and ubiquitous code of all time, the Konami Code (^, ^, v, v, <, >, <, >, B, A, Start for those not in the know or who over time have forgotten the 10 magical button presses and/or which order they are entered in...)

So besides the Konami Code, what are some of your favorites?

Also one my most-abused cheat codes/glitches was in Mega Man 3. Forget the exact specifics of it but basically if you had a controller plugged into the 2P input and placed something heavy on the D-pad, it created this weird effect where you could jump down a pit and "die" but the game wouldn't fully register it. Your health would drop to nothing, the music would turn off, but you'd get super ridiculous jumping ability and basically become a zombie. You would still recoil when hit but since you had no health bar it didn't matter.


Things like that, it amazes me how people discover these kinds of things in a time before the Internet existed.
