Does anybody know this song

Heard it today and remembered it somewhat well, like I was probably a teenager when I heard it, and I remembered feeling emotional at the end, when the guy singing, Rolf Harris, sings slow and sad.

Mostly I just want to know why I know the song. Does anyone know if it was in a movie or something
