Wow is WWE Serious right now? LOL

Here’s a note to anybody trying to meet with LeBron James outside the Cavaliers’ locker room: Make sure he’s available and interested first.

WWE legend The Undertaker (along with his wife, Michelle McCool, and Dana Warrior, the widow of the Ultimate Warrior) learned that lesson the hard way on opening night, when he waited outside the Cavaliers’ locker room for upwards of an hour hoping to meet with the basketball star. Although Kevin Love and a couple of other Cavaliers took some photos with the wrestler, James never came out to meet him.

This week, we finally got an explanation for the snub, courtesy of Cleveland.com’s Joe Vardon.

“If you don’t have an appointment, don’t already know James personally, aren’t a business associate or a small child, the odds of ‘meeting’ James before or after a Cavs game in or near the locker room are not great,” Vardon wrote. “I once saw Houston Astros stud second baseman Jose Altuve try to get a meeting with James after a game against the Houston Rockets in Texas. The request came through various team PR officials. Let’s just say James had no interest.

“Another rule. James is not cool with someone purposefully trying to make money or gain fame through him, away from the court. In other words, no PR stunts that don’t benefit James.”

James, who wore an Undertaker shirt during last year’s Finals, clearly wasn’t comfortable with handing the WWE any more free publicity on the opening night of the season.

And make no mistake, this was certainly a stunt on the part of the wrestling company, as they had Undertaker in full costume and brought a camera crew to capture the would-be meeting, and James wanted no part of it.

It dont matter who did what to who at this point. The fact is, we went to war. And now there aint no going back. It's what war is you know? Once you're in it, you're in it. If it's a lie, then we fight on that lie, but we gotta fight!
