WHen I start it up, the system lags a lot because of this pop up title called "SYSYTEM 32". I don't know how to stop it from popping up at start up, any suggestions?

Make sure you have a good virus scanner running, and that it's updated. Do a scan and see if you have a virus. You can get a free one from www.grisoft.com it's good.
Uninstall any crappy software that starts up with your PC.
Install, update and run Ad-Aware, it's available from www.lavasoftusa.com
If that doesnt help, download system mechanic from www.iolo.com and run the registry fixer, and pretty much everything else except the Duplicate file removal crap.
You can get the crack for system mechanic from http:\\astalavista.box.sk

Try to run MSCONFIG.EXE, go to STARTUP tab and remove everything suspicious that is loaded during system boot up. This usually helps. Really.
