Milking one's prior success from however-many years ago is only an indicator of "desperation," financially or otherwise, that should be taken-with other diagnostics about the wrestler's personal and professional life.

Many of these Twitterites are trying to reflect some of the attention they garner for themselves, onto a project in-which they've a financial stake. (Podcasts; documentaries; books; etc.)

Others just reminisce publicly for a quick "dopamine hit" of instant gratification.

If these entertainers aren't going to Tweet about their wrestling days and/or promote upcoming appearances, then why be on Twitter?

At least -most- of the Attitude-Era wrestlers on Twitter have some type of modern product or service to sell, such as a podcast or a touring comedy show.

Among all the aforementioned Tweets, Glacier cajoling his Twitter followers to become Facebook followers might be the most-vain in financial terms -- due to his near-complete exit from pro wrestling -- unless he's planning to show-up at the "All-In" event in Chicago.
