Might be one of those feeds that got intercepted and recorded, there's similar wwe stuff that was recorded by intercepting a transmission, though i can't recall what the channel name was that had it.

Probably had one of those Big Ugly Dishes that could pick up old c-band channels so they could see a lot of raw feeds.
