Question about WCW circa 1993 - Watts' rules
Working my way through old WCW PPVs and Clash shows and I am slightly confused. If a match were announced as having the disqualification rule waived, would that make it a no-DQ match as we know it today? Or did that just mean the over the top rope/top turnbuckle "Watts" style rules ignored for the said match?
Thanks in advance |

The DQ rule being “waived” meant that if the champion got DQed, he would lose the title.
