Anyone know how much those new retro games are gonna cost?
They gonna be full priced games? The Zelda, etc. carts coming out for GB?
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.” --John Rogers |

The ones that have the joysticks and everything you just plug into the TV? They've been out for a while and they're like $20 I think. Around there at least.

That's why I said carts (Cartidges) for GB (Game Boy). these are ports that are for the Game boy systems. 8 Bit glory for GBA/SP. |

This is one of the games coming out. Of course, I'm looking to find out the list/MSRP, as Amazon.Com's vary widely. No listing on Nintendo's site that I saw. |

No listing of the PRICE, that is. The Retro NES games have a site and all.

Well, at least they're not full price carts.
Though I wish they'd just put out a collection of 10 or so of 'em and charge full price. |

Yeah, $20... I may get a few, but I have Mario 1 on GBC, and it includes the lost levels... I hope there will be new NES and even SNES titles being rereleased on the GBA soon...
I wish they brought out Super Mario Allstars instead of release all five on diffrent carts... But meh, Im happy none the less... |

Problem is, no matter how kickass a game is, it's hard for me to justify paying another 20 bucks for it, when I beat it years ago. There are one or two I might get (Zelda, for example) out of pure nostalgia, but I'm kinda turned off by their milking... |

Wait....are these going to be revamped versions (like Metroid Zero Mission)? Or just totally old-school NES graphics and stuff?
Cause there's no point in buying the exact same games when I still have them on my NES. |

From what I have heard they are the exact same game that you got for the NES. But now you can take it where ever you want to go.

I would much rather have ported classic SNES games like Chrono Trigger, Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat II, Mario RPG, and Killer Instinct to the GBA than NES games. Didn't they port a bunch of NES games to the GBC a few years ago already? Take advantage of the power of the system.
Also, porting The Legend of Zelda over with a $20 price tag when a Gamecube disc for that same price is avalable containing 4 Zelda titles. |
