Movie Deals at Video Stores
Well the other day I was at my local Hollywood Video when I noticed they had a sign that you could get 3 used DVDs for 25$. So I went in expecting these DVDs to be ones that came out like half a year ago or later when I noticed that most of these just came out. I ended up getting Open Range, The Missing and Last Samurai. I thought this was a very kick ass movie deal right here. I hope they do this for a while so I can go back and get some more. Has anyone here ever done stuff like this at your video store?

Video Stores (Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, etc.) have to do deals like this, your buying used DVDS/VHS so they can't be full price, and after a movie is no longer uber-popular they don't need 75 compies of it....maybe just 5....so they get rid of the other 70 copies with deals like that...it really works out well for both parties.

yeah, i allways keep an eye out for previewed dvd's and stuff for sale. as long as it's not something that i must have right away, i can usually wait it out till they drop the price low enough.
