Laptop Screen Cleaning
Alright, now i've seen the wipes and stuff in stores to clean the screen on a laptop, but is it safe to use anything around the house to clean it with? I was reading an FAQ about it, and they mentioned using a soft cotton cloth with water. Does anyone know if water is actually safe on an LCD screen? Also, would a soft tissue be suitable to wipe the dust off (even though of the static cling)?

As long as it's not turned on, and you don't press too hard, I think you're alright.

spend a few bucks and get the anti static wipes, you won't regret it, and water can damage the screen!
