Most over-rated PPV of all time, in my opinion, was Wrestlemania 12. Yes, the Iron Man match was spectacular, but other than that, there wasn't a whole lot on the card worth remembering. That probably has a lot to do with the fact that they had to cut short most of the matches in order to fit in the main event, but still, the rest of the card really wasn't much to write home about.

Most under-rated, though, is a little harder to choose. I'll have to think about it a bit and get back to you.

foodstampchamp does not have that much rep yet (10+)
I'd say Judgement Day 98 and Unforgiven 98 are extremely underrated. Most overrated would have to be Wrestlemania 14.

MOST OVERRATED: WrestleMania 2000
- Shitty event.

MOST UNDERRATED: Unforgiven 1999. Six Pack Challange. Kennel From Hell. Jericho vs X-Pac.

Did you just PRAISE the KFH match!?

Anyway, I'd say alot of IYH/Non-Big 5 PPVs are underrated...

Exactly,

Breakdown in Hamilton, Ontario was fucking awesome. It featured,

The first ever Triple Threat Cage match, Rock, Shamrock, and Mankind.

Austin vs Undertaker and Kane for the title. Taker and Kane aren't allowed to pin eachother. *The Masterplan*

Christians debut. In the Owen vs Edge match. Classic Edge entering through the crowd.

Also a great botch job from Scorpio, Trying to do what appeared to be the Poetry in motion of a chair. Only for the chair to collapse and him to land on his arse.

Underated- No Way Out 2001

Had a great Double Main Event:

Austin V HHH, 2 out of 3 Falls

WWE Title Angle V Rock

Overated- Invasion 2001

Out of a WWF vs WCW-ECW dream card who would have paid out 30 dollars for that card?

Worst PPV main Event Match Ever- Diesel vs Mabel Summerslam 95

The match was like 5 minutes long and really slow This would have been the worst Summerslam ever if not for The Ladder Match 2 between HBK and Razor and the decent Casket Match between Taker and Kama
