I posted this same answer in the topic you made in casual. I'll post it here just in case you check this one instead of the other.

I used eMule and found several archives of gba roms. When I finished I had like 3,000+ games.

I'm pretty sure there's some collections on suprnova.org too, but you'll need a Torrent client.
