is the cd usually have the bonus track of kane's song? or do you have to find it on a other cd?

I think the American and Canadian versions are different. The Canadian version has Kane's and the American version has some other one. That's what I read at least.

Thats Tru except at Best Buy they had the ''Best Buy Exclusive'' track with Kanes song on it.
