Hacksaw Jim Duggen
This weenend I went to the little indy event that happens every other week here in Houston. It moves between 4 different cities really but this weekend they were in Tomball. The big guest of the event was Hacksaw Jim Duggen because he basically owns part of the company but he was there and signed a bunch of autographs and stuff. I got a signed 2 x 4 and a picture signed by him. It was great and to top it all off he actually got in the ring and wrestled. He had a match for the TASW Heavyweight Championship and actually won it. I couldnt believe it. I thought he was only gonna be here for a one time deal and then he ends up winning the heavyweight title. This was great. Seeing him in the ring reminded me of when I used to watch him on tv as a kid and cheer for him like crazy. He seemed like he used to be in the ring and he still did the whole USA chant all the time which really brought back memories of him. It was one of the greatest things I have ever seen. Hacksaw looked older but it was great to see him in the ring again.

If you want to see a picture of him with the title they might have one on the TASW website Monday or sometime during the week. It takes a while for them to update it.

I think Hacksaw was one of the greatest wrestlers that never won a Title in the WWE, WCW gave him the U.S and TV titles but mostly he was on Saturday Night or Jobbing to Mr. Wallstreet which was sad.

He's been on E BAy selling 2x4's and other wrestling things.... I figured he was down to his last dime to be doing that. Perhaps you are suggesting otherwise. I'd like to think so, for his sake.
