Well from his ECW debut, he's always worn a singlet, he did use to wear a silk japense gown at one point though.

But he was working for 5 years before ECW so it's possible

I thought the only time he was in WCW was when he was under the name 'Robby V' and he was in some sort of "Ken from Street Fighter" clothing.

Actually, as someone who actually has that match it's Robby V. That's how WCW list it during intros.
