Saving song on your computer?

MY friend has Windows XP and he can take his cds and save them on his computer. I have Windows 98 and I have "Ahead Nero" and Windows
Media Player the newest one for Windows 98. Can I take cds and save them on my comp and if so how?

Of course. Just put in the CD, open it in My Computer, select all and drag them to your desktop. That's the easiest way. Windows Media Player has an option on there somewhere and so does Nero. If you want to do it that way.
