TNA 09/08/2004 ppv predictions
NWA WORLD TITLE: Jeff Hardy vs. Jeff Jarrett, I'm picking Jarrett because Hardy is new. However, Hardy winning the title is better because it will be the beginning of a new era.
If Jarrett keeps the title he should defend the title against Styles at Victory Road. If Hardy wins the title,he should defend the title against Raven at Victory Road. 1st Tag Team titles match: AMW vs. THe Naturals, I'm picking The Naturals. 2nd Tag Team titles match: Since I pick THe Naturals to win the 1st match, they will lose the titles to XXX. Tables Match: Styles vs.Kash, Styles will win Dusty Rhodes vs. Scott D'Amore, Dusty will win because he will not leave TNA Siaki,Watts,Desire vs. Abyss,Shelley,Goldylocks, Team Desire will win. I expect Abyss to turn face here. X-Division Tag Team Dominance Match- Team Canada,Amazing Red,Sabin,Shane and Kazarian has only been name so far. I predict Michael Shane and Kazarian to win. |

If Hardy doesn't win the Title after all this buildup, TNA doesn't know what they are doing. It would be like Lugar winning via countout at Summerslam 93. I hate Hardy, but he's got to get the Title tonight.

Yeah. Last week, I surprised myself when after watching the show, I thought "Damn, that Hardy guy would make a great champ". Then I remembered that was Jeff Hardy. Still, with the build-up they gave him, even JBL would look like a credible champ. They should give it the belt. It's like the first time in years that I find Jeff a worthy contender to a single title. Go for it.

I can't wait for TNA to start running the PPV's once a month though. Impact will have a much better feel and will be a better product then it has been as of late. I'm hoping TNA can make a name for itself. All it takes is one "Moment" to get people talking. Usually these moments catch people by surprise where everyone is like "OMG did you see that?" "There's this new company called TNA and something happened last night which I couldn't believe." That's exactly what they need. UNFORTUNATELY, these "Moments" don't come a dime a dozen.
