If you're talking about the arcade emulator, then you'd be better off downloading individual system emulators to play the games, because MAME is shit.

yeah, I've played it with Tony and Ant and a few others but it crashed after like 2 minutes every time, so we havent played since.

if you play it online the best thing to do is to play with someone who is pretty close and a server that is as close as possible to you.
