Who would you put in the new WcW?
I saw a post from Afterlife over in the Q&A forum talking about how he heard that Vince was putting money into a second run of WcW type of thing. Well this got me thinking and I figured I would see what yall would do about it also....
OK If Vince decided to remake WcW again who would you pick to be on it? Use this in mind also....all the wrestlers you can choose can only be WWE Wrestlers for right now? We will just say that he cant buy any one from TNA out and that non of the old people would come back for it. So out of all the superstars in WWE which ones would you send to remake WcW. My thoughts would be some big stars would have to go atleast just so fans would start watching it again. I will post my wrestlers later on. |

The best time to do it was when Shane took over.
Shane should've "ran" the WCW brand in a seperate timeslot. But since thats done and in the past... I'd have all ex WCW stars be on the show. Booker T, Easy E, Ric Flair, (have Trips go there as World Champ obviously, etc) |

Well, seeing as how it would just be a "stable" which would get demolished and depushed, lets throw in Triple H, JBL, Hardcore Holly, and Lita... And of course RVD and Jericho would be there, even though I wouldnt like it

I was and am a huge WCW mark but quite frankly between WCW in its dying days and the Invasion the WCW legacy has been pissed on quite enough thank you.
It is getting to the point where all anyone remembers of WCW is the invasion and the days of Russo and the stupid T.V jobber guy ( I forget his name) as champs. And I am sick of that being the WCW legacy when really WCW should be remembered as having some awesome matches and revolutionzing this sport. So please as a WCW mark let it die. |

If WcW did return I would have Chris Kanyon running around Diamond Cutting people everywhere, that shit was hilarious!

All right, this is miniscule, but why are some people spelling WCW with a lowercase 'c' (WcW)? Was there something I missed?

I dont think that remaking WcW would be a far off idea. I think if Vince planned it right he could start it as an angle. Some of the wrestlers and Bichoff are getting pissed at Vince so they make there own little faction. Then on Raw one week Bichoff decides to drop the bombshell that WcW will be back on and they can say something like he purchased the rights to it behind Vince's back (like anything ever gets passed him). Then they can set up just one taping....sorta like how the Eddie Guerrero story got its time slot so the fans could see it. But set it up on Spike or something like that for one night only just to see how it will do. Then if it goes good then they will decide to continue it.
I would put Triple H in it along with a bunch of the young superstars who have yet to show what they are really made of. Maybe move the Cruiserweight division over there and attempt to make it like it was. |

When does TNA air in america?
They could put WcW on a rival station at the same time, kinda re-start the whole Monday Night Wars idea. And get rid of all the waster/jobber Wrestlers at the same time. |

Well, since TNA has a cable TV show now, I don't think there's really any need to remake WCW now----there's finally another choice for wrestling fans, and a WCW run by WWE would be no different than RAW or Smackdown! in terms of wrestling. What WWE SHOULD do, is start putting out WCW PPVs on DVD, as well as some of the best episodes of Monday Nitro.
