I am ranting! (insert spoiler warning here)

Okay, I’m just going to take a second to rant about wrestling… Contains some spoilers, some nonsense, and some stuff I thought I’d never say. Just quick blurbs on whatever comes to mind.

First and foremost, if Hardcore Holly wins the title, I am so going to cry. Between the Nazi salute and how Bradshaw talked about the governor of New Jersey, he’s no longer a deserving champion. I’m hoping the hardcore match is just a set up for Booker T’s face turn.

So VinneMac was pissed at Flair for his “virgin” promo. Persoanlly, I was laughing my ass of at it! And hey, since ratings were higher during the first hour of Raw, maybe that entertaining promo had something to do with it.

SmackDown was disappointing. It’s not “Oh, well, at least I’ll be able to do captions” disappointing. It’s, “Fuck this, I’m gonna play City Of Heros” disappointing. Are they “Gail Kimming” the US title by having someone win it on their TV debut? What next? Simon Dean wins the intercontinental title on his debut? Well, that, I wouldn’t mind seeing. What’s the difference between someone on SmackDown winning a secondary title, and someone on Raw winning a secondary title? Maybe it’s the fact that I have no idea who this Carlito guy is, and we all know that Nova can get it done in the ring.

I REALLY don’t wanna see Kane leave the WWE. He’s entertaining, and quite frankly, I don’t think that Mr. Jacobs would be anything without the Kane gimmick. Oh, he can be a dentist or a trucker… Pfft! His ring work is totally decent, and his promos are turning into classics! “Liiiiiiitaaaaaa!” As much as I dislike the Kane/Lita angle, it has given Kane more time behind the mic.

Yep, I’ve been watching wrestling for too long. A few weeks ago I was a little troubled, so I decided that if I want to get anywhere in life I need to train, say my prayers, and take my vitamins. At which point I took a red shirt out of my closet and realized the joys of Hulkamania. In addition to that I’ve decided that I’m going to go for a heel turn at work. When you’re a face, when people like you, you need to give them a reminder why they like you. When you’re a heel, you don’t need to remind people why they don’t like you because people are stupid… Well maybe not a heel turn, but a gimmick change would make things interesting.

Well, that’s all I have to say. Thank you for your time, now I’m off to the races… and by that I mean the metaphorical rat races where my boss is a 298 pound jockey riding my ass to work harder when he’s the biggest slacker I’ve ever seen.
