Whats their schedule? Its really rare for a team to go 0-16, but if they have a hard schedule maybe.

In 2002 the Panthers were 1-15 with their only win coming the first week of the season against the Vikings, and I think the Lions were 2-14 with their first win coming in like week 9 against the Vikings. So if they play the Vikes they have a chance.
