He was a Cruiserweight Champion in the WCW? I've never heard of him.

You know, when I hear that name, I think of a wrestling columnist or an announcer... Most likely thinking of someone with a similar name...

I didnt follow WCW, but I have heard of him here and there, and hear he is/was good...

Mike Sanders was awesome on the mic but nothing to write home about in ring he was solid but nothing special.

Although I dont remmeber him being CW Champ. I actualy thought he was a heavyweight although i must admit seemingly anyone could be a CW Champ near the end of WCW.

I think we are talking about "Above Average" Mike Sanders. He was indeed a WCW Cruiserweight Champion, and on an interesting note, he was also commishioner during this time. He was a part (rather the lead) of the stable "Natural Born Thrillers" which included a handful of other Power Plant grads (most noticably Sean O'Haire and Chuck Palumbo). He was incredible on the mic, and it was because of this that TNA made him the mian mouth peice for S*E*X during the first year. In TNA is competed in the X-Division, though due to the fact he wasn't much for the X-style he soon was realsed from TNA since he couldn't hang with the heavyweights and S*E*X was dying down anyway. He now accepts indie bookings.

Hope that helped with your questions on Mr. 3.0.

Yep.

Also was a big influence in HWA, the former developmental territory of WWE - before they focused on OVW. He was performing, and helping with the booking and all around production of their events. Was a valuable part of HWA at the time, assisting Les.
