Is the whole Shooting Star Press injury angle just that, or did they do it so he could have some time off?

I believe Paul has a broken nose, which was due to a reverse elbow from Booker T. The damage was not intended.

I would hope that they are going to try to push him, i mean they put his 450 splash on the opening credits to the show, so that means he's destined for a world title push right, RIGHT?
