Joe Dimaggio
61 game hit streak.
At 19 years of age, in his first year in the PCL (1933), for the San Fransisco Seals. Can you think of any other pro/semi sports records that people might not know about? |

I knew about that one
But Um....... Rube Waddell: 349 strikeouts in a season in 1904 for the Philadelphia A's. Babe Adams 1.29 walks per nine innings for his career. Carl Hubbell: 24 Consecutive Wins: 1936-1937 season I list more later, I can't seem to think right now and I don't feel like checking my books |

It was done in the semi pro leagues. And I bet it can be found.
I was asking for records most don't know about, not ones that can't be found. |

Ah yes Joe Buck, right after that streak was ended, most people don't know, he went on to kill another 19 in a row.
