Official Rate The Wrestler Discussion Thread

That's right, I made a thread discussing another thread (this one I think accutally merits a thread to discuss it though). For the past 71 days, we as a forum have embarked on a quest to discuss and rank all the wrestlers in the world. And during this, many questions have been raise, and few have been answered. So all questions, and disagreements with voting or what ever should be done here.

I really think Hardcore should have gotten more than a 34. That lowers him down to an average of a "D" class wrestler, and I dont believe that to be true. Bob Holly is easily a C or a B grade wrestler, which puts him somewhere in the 40-80 range. JBl also scored a bit too low, IMO.

Hardcore's 34 is well deserving

But JBL did get way too low. I gave him a 5 mostly because I was pissed off of his actions in Germany and the fact that he just won the WWE title. But since JBL won the title he has been so entertaining and the best heel on Smackdown. If I could I would change my vote to a 7.5

Also AJ Styles got WAY too high

I agree with AJ Styles. I'd give him somewhere between a 7 and an 8, but it looks for every 8 there was a 10.

Is this by wrestling ability, or the total package? Cause I think Kane is a way better wrestler than the Undertaker. Also the Rock is a terrible wrestler IMO.

Yea, CM Punk tying with Hogan is crazy. This should of been based on the whole package, but if people were basing it just on wrestling skills, then I see why he tied Hogan

Hogan should have been in the high 80's for all he did for the business.

But you're forgetting, not everyone, actually does what I want them to do, which is Rate is on everything (Looks, What They Done, Skills, The Whole Thing) and give people 1's based on one thing, which varies...People look at Hogan as a Bad Wrestler and give him a 1 without adding in, what he has done...I've only been negitive repped three times since I been here, and one person actually gave me Negitive Rep...just because Hogan scored a 82, like it was my fault (BTW, I scored Hogan a 8.6)

I admit, while AJ may be the most talented wrestler on the List (Among Active Wrestlers) he is rated a bit too High, A 8.5 or lower should be good for him, however some people rate people way to high much of the time, or rate them really low.....But Oh Well, I can't do nothing about it

I agree with Hogan and Triple H deserving a higher score. Triple H deserves a nine for his mic skills, technical ability, brawling, and his psychology. Hogan deserves a nine for basically renovating wrestling single-handedly, and becomming one of the most classic faces and heels respectively of all time, IMO.
