The Return of Stone Cold?

Do you want "Stone Cold" Steve Austin to come back in any capacity at the present time? Why or why not? I say yes, bring back "Stone Cold" (at least for a little while) and let's see him again.

Yes and No.

Yes, because it's Stone Cold Steve Austin. No, because he has had his time and is winding down and should just leave us with memories of his performances.

No way. His act is tired and will not help ratings. Let someone else have the spotlight. His time is done.

If he could return once in a while like Mick Foley. He could do something, go away for a few months, come back, etc, maybe put someone over, then hell yeah.

As a permanent fixture, as much as I love Stone Cold, no. He's had his runs.

Oh come on. If it were done right, it could be just the shot they need.

Picture a no-dq match. THe glass breaks, the music hits, and out comes Austin. The place would go nuts, and so would all of we.

Of course everyone would go nuts... People would mark the fuck out if that happened. I know I would. But like I said, he's had his time, and anything more than a 1-2 month run every once in a while is pushing it.

He said it himself. He can't be Stone Cold anymore. So no.

I just don't feel that he will be of any benfit anymore. He beats people up but they can't beat him up so he is really is not really of any benefit in terms of creating new stars.

Maybe Nidia & Gail were fired in anticipation for his return (to the Women's division).

The only reason he should come back is to elevate someone like what Mick Foley did with Randy Orton and what Rock did with the Hurricane and Kane with Gene Shnizzbot (Snitsky). Maybe he could come back and elevate someone like the new Iraq guy or John Hennigan or whoever should be put over besides Triple H.

Other than that, no. Austin has done his general manager type of role with the WWE already and I doubt that he wont come back as a full time wrestler anytime soon. There really is nothing for him in the WWE right now.

I didn't mind his last run, but I haven't missed him either. So I wouldn't care if he came back but I see no reason for him to except to eat up tv time. ....Just like his last stint.

All Austin did was hold people back.

I HATE when wrestlers do that!

LOL, you are starting to be entertaining Trips....

Anyway, I would rather him stay at home and let me remember him as a wrestler, not a washed-up wife-beating shell of a man.

Also, doesn't he still have some community service hours left?
