My friend's computer is crapping out on her

And I have no idea what is going on.

Video card crapped iself?
possibly try re-seating it, then maybe re-installing the drivers, it sounds to me like a hardware issue. like the card has just partially fried. I have had half dead cards doing some weird stuff before.
You havent given me alot to go on there.

CREDO's got that down to a T.
Prob needs a new vid card, unless he's updated the drivers recently and they have broked it.
What kind of card is it?

The graphics card is prolly screwed up.
