So I got to meet some guy named Batista on Sunday
Yeah, Batista appeared at a Trade Show on Sunday, but due to being with a friend and his connections, we actually got to meet Batista before his autograph session which was really cool. I got my RAW souvenir program signed, and a picture taken. I should have the pic up later on this thread.

He was a cool guy, alot quieter than I expected, since he's considered to be the animal of Evolution. I wore a WM XX shirt, and he even asked if I went. My friend did go, but I did not. But I told him I was at the Draft Lottery the next week where he and Flair won the tag titles. He actually seemed surprised by that, so he probably forgot. Just wanted to share one of my first experiences meeting a WWE wrestler and it went very well.

Batista was shocked when you said Ric and Himself won the tag titles.. that either means he forgot that he won them, or he is shocked that you remembered.

I am going with the 2nd (hopefully he remembers winning, nothing worse than winning a CHAMPIONSHIP than not remembering you won it )

Batista was obviously shocked that he remembered because at the WWE they get it drilled into their heads that fans do not remember things that happened more than two weeks ago.

Pretty cool. Batista seems to be one of those wrestlers who are more down to earth and very nice. He's a respectable guy. So kudos on the meet!

I'm jealous of the friend I went with because he has met all sorts of wrestlers including Stone Cold, Kevin Nash, Undertaker, John Cena, Kane, Trish, and Torrie.
