Luger was questioned, but they didn't charge him for anything.

Like Kapoutman said, Luger was questioned, but nothing ever came of it. Apparently there wasn't enough evidence there to support him being guilty of anything (involving the death). They did nail him on the steroids and such though.

BTW, if anyone cares, I heard Luger recently was injured again (don't know if it's legit or not) and won't be working again for like 3-4 months. What a shame....with a whole career in front of him this happens
