I am going to take a HUGE risk to start off the year, and it won't pay out, but I'm going to give it a try, hoping God is on my side, because I sure know the WWE isn't.



ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH:

Winner: Chris Jericho
How: Submission with the Walls of Jericho
Order of Elimination (10 points each):
1. Edge (I have a feeling Shawn Michaels will play a part in this)
2. Batista (It would make sense to have him make it to the end, but I think he's big and strong enough to go early)
3. Randy Orton (He's their biggest face, but I can see Batista getting rid of this guy after he is eliminated quickly by him)
4. Triple H (I'm tempted to put him above Benoit, but I think he has enough heat to go now without being damaged, and with Benoit and Jericho just being phantom World Championship contenders, you need to solidify them, oh and just image a Walls of Jericho/Crippler Corssface combo on The Game with no one to break it up)
5. Chris Benoit (I think you need one man who has never won the match before to make it to the end, and Benoit is a better pick that Edge or Batista since he's won the title before, plus Jericho vs. Benoit would make a great final confrontation)

How: Pinfall, with Christian probably taking advantage of something Tomko does, or a miscommunication between Eugene and Regal. I think there needs to be a complete title makeover at NYR, and you can't do wrong with Christian as a champion. I'm tempted to side with Regal & Eugene, as Regal promised to make the titles credible again, but with a 30 minute match, I think they'd do that just as well as being long-term champions.
