Pimp My Ride
I'm not sure what kind of following this show has around here (as there's never been a topic to discuss it) so I'm starting that topic.

First, with the good news:

A while back we gave you the heads-up that Pimp My Ride - The Complete 1st Season would hit DVD in March. Now we have the full story about this set, starting with the back-of-the-box description:

March 22nd is when this sucker shows up. It's a 3-DVD set running 295 minutes, and the SRP is $49.99 (but it's only $37.49 if you pre-order it from DVDEmpire.com). Here's the box:

I watch the reruns when they come on. It's a cool show, but I couldn't see buying a dvd of it.

I wouldn't ever get the DVD, but I enjoy watching it when its on. Too bad they dont do anything to the engines.

It's hilarious because they do all this shit to the outside and inside of the car, yet they still leave the engine bay a shithole. That episode where that girl's bronco (I believe) came in burning oil, all they did at the end of the show was put a quart of oil in and closed it up. You could clearly see they didn't do shit to it.

It's still better than Room Raiders, though.
