My reaction: I can't believe they made him tap out especially after Bret had him in that sharpshooter for ages and he didn't tap. If he had passed out from the pain it would have looked better in my eyes.

1) I like Angle a lot more than HBK

and

2) I had Angle in a fantasy league and this match lead to me winning the league for the year.

I'm pretty sure HBK was in the ankle lock longer than the Sharpshooter.

I wanted Angle to win, but watching Shawn struggling to get out, I almost wanted him to get free.

I didn't want the match to end like that, I wanted Michaels roll to his back and pass out and get counted 1-2-3. BTW Michaels did tap out to Bret Hart at Survivor Series 1992 in a Champion v Champion match(except Bret's title was the only one on the land)

I voted yes on Angle winning. I'm a big fan of both Shawn and Kurt. But I'm a little bigger fan of Kurt since I got a chance to meet him. But it was a great match all around, even if the headlock stuff did get a little boring.

I actually missed the tap because it was fast, but I was hoping he would of passed out, while bleeding in the Ankle Lock...

Also, Shawn tapped last year to Benoit at Backlash, to his sharpshooter.

^ ya dido it was SOOOO good. I liked how it was booked as a Raw vs Smackdown match having Raw's best guy against Smackdown's best guy

as for the question, I was more surprised than anything when HBK tapped. I thought he would pass out or reserve it into a pin. Great finish
