Wrestling is becoming obsolete..

I'm starting to notice that matches have very few wrestling moves. Now most of it is made of punches, kicks, and shit off the turnbuckle. You'll see maybe 1-3 wrestling moves, not including their finisher. They should change it from WWE to WTFIW..What The Fuck Is Wrestling. Terrible, I know. But it would fit what they actually do.

No, even Angle is starting to become punch/kick orientated. Germans, Takedowns, Snap Suplexes, The Angle Slam and The Angle Lock.

6 different types of moves.

Fuck, I do more than that when I wrestle my friends.

But it's become much more apparent in the past two years. There was talk around two years ago of Vince asking the guys to slow down their matches and work a more mat based style, and it's definitely shown. Every now and then we get to see a great match that breaks this mold, but most of the time it's punch-kick-headlock-signature-finish.
