How do you make a pic smaller (reduce the size) so that I can make it fit the 64 X 64 dimensions? I wanna use a pic, but it's too big.

Open the pic in Infranview, then go to Image -> Resize/Resample, and set the pixels to 64 x 64

if it's for here, you could've posted the pic and used html to resize it then save it on your computer and then upload it as your avatar
